This project aims to create a visualization of simulations of various 3D cellular automata.

First, a semi-generic program is introduced, allowing the use of different geometries, evolution rules, and initial states parameters.

Second, two example cellular automata were built using the generic program by setting an appropriate set of options as listed above. These examples are:

1. 3D Q2R ferromagnetism model.

2. 3D Kauffman model for the interaction of biological genes.

The project was programmed in C++, using QT, with visualization by AViz, where available.
